Rappers and streetwear have always went hand in hand. Hip hop culture is responsible for streetwear growing from a niche subculture back in the 80s in New York suburbs to a worldwide wardrobe staple. Artists on either side of the coast such as Run DMC, Public Enemy and NWA were instrumental in bringing streetwear to the masses through first of their kind collaborations with the likes of Adidas. Although the industry has grown massively a lot has stayed the same, with early adaptors such as Stussy and KAWS still going strong. Santan Dave is arguably one of the UK's biggest artists, and his outfits never miss. He's a big fan of a tracksuit and loves the technical / Stone Island look.
